- Handling the full set of Accounts (AP, AR, and GL).
- Coordinating and preparing financial and annual budgets.
- Issuing cheques, uploading in bank portals, invoicing, official receipts, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers.
- Monitoring bank balances and performing bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining the fixed asset register and agreement documents.
- Working effectively with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and other relevant parties.
- Performing any other ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications and/or Experience Required
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Part Professional Accounting qualifications or equivalent.
- Have 2 to 4 years of accounting or auditing experience.
- Experience in construction and property development is an advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Immediate or short-notice candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
