Responsibilities:

• Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products including trading cards and collectibles.
• Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
• Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and foster a community atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and their benefits.
• Use persuasive techniques to encourage purchases and desired actions.
• Stay informed about our latest products and industry trends.
• Research customer needs and preferences to tailor content effectively.
• Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
• Familiarize yourself with live streaming technology and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Company accounts will be provided for streaming.
• Coaching from industry experts will be available.
• Comfortable in front of the camera; camera shyness is a must to avoid.
• Presentable, outgoing, engaging, and charismatic personality traits.
• Being talkative is an advantage.
• Willing to work at our streaming studio in Southkey, Johor Bahru.
• Experience with Trendy Toys (Blind Boxes) or Trading Card Games (TCG) like Pokemon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, etc., is a plus.
