Job Responsibilities

  2. Support customers based on their language preferences while providing assistance.
  3. Attend to customer queries, complaints, and suggestions.
  4. Direct customers to relevant departments if necessary.
  5. Elevate concerns to management when unsure how to proceed.
  6. Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  7. Offer customers information on products or services that match their needs.
  8. Monitor communication records to ensure all customers receive assistance.
  9. Analyze feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Conduct customer surveys as needed.
Candidate Requirements
