Job Summary
The role involves all human resources duties in staffing, performance management, learning management, and policy compliance to support daily operations. The HR officer will work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & Staffing
Manage the recruitment process from initiation to finalization for both local and foreign manpower. Oversee job postings, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding. Support manpower planning for each department. - Learning Management and LMS (Mtalent)
Maintain and update competency matrices biannually. Conduct and facilitate bi-annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Collaborate with HODs to develop training plans aligned with business goals. Coordinate training programs, ensure timely completion, document training progress, and manage LMS resources, including content development and simple editing. - Employees Performance Management
Conduct bi-annual performance evaluations, identify development areas, and support succession planning. Collaborate with HODs to finalize Employee L&D plans. - Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain and update HR ISO documentation and Work Instructions (WI). - Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace environment. Drive staff engagement activities, including team building and committee activities to enhance morale. - HR Administration
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including attendance management and expat work visas.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of HR generalist experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
- Proficient with technology and HR systems.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, payroll, and expatriate management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership qualities, positive attitude, result-oriented, and team player.
