Job description

Lead programs and serve as the primary interface between the Company and customers to ensure all feedback and requirements are addressed promptly.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage the entire lifecycle of each assigned program. This includes monitoring financial status, analyzing business efficiency, and maintaining customer account profitability.

Drive continuous improvement in cost management and on-time delivery to meet set goals and KPIs.

Ensure customer satisfaction by managing issues promptly, following through on corrective actions, and completing tasks efficiently.

Act as the focal point for contractual negotiations, ECN, RFQ, and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.

Stay updated on technological, regulatory, and operational changes affecting assigned programs and adapt accordingly.

This position is based at SAM Meerkat (M) Sdn Bhd, Hilir Sungai Keluang 5, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  2. At least 8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in program management or administration. If you are currently an Assistant Manager or equivalent, you may also apply.
  3. Experience in contract manufacturing, preferably in metal sheet or metal fabrication industries.
  4. Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  5. Strong leadership and proven program management skills.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
  7. Ability to multitask and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
