We are looking for passionate individuals to join us in making a difference. We're seeking a talented Video Editor cum Content Creator with a strong passion for creating engaging content and a commitment to achieving outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing purposes.
• Create engaging content with the relevant tone and style for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Work closely with the spokesperson to support video shoots and editing for social media.

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage social media calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages to maintain online presence and customer interaction.
• Research current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and contextualize findings.
• Brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop promotional packages and discounts.
• Analyze marketing trends and patient feedback to improve campaigns.

Video Production and Editing

• Film dental procedures, testimonials, and clinic tours (with patient consent).
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, and music for a professional appeal.
• Stay updated on video trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Work closely with dentists and staff to understand services and promote them effectively.

Brand Development

• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Ensure the clinic’s tone and message align with its target audience.

This role combines creativity, strategy, and technical skills to effectively market the clinic and grow its patient base.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Videography, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in videography and content editing.
• Familiarity with video software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
• Proven excellence in proofreading and video editing.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
