3D Design

Responsibilities

• 3D works - responsible for conceptualizing including mood board & material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering etc.
• 2D works - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc.
• Site visits to collect information, take measurement and meeting clients when required.
• Work with Project Coordinator Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Interior Design field
• At least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
• Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good Attendance is a must.
• Good team work and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Residential Interior Design, AutoCAD, 3D Max or SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray and IIlustrator.
• Adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
• Knowledge in graphics will be an added advantage.
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
