Job Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management — Maintain and update employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Case Handling — Manage and resolve cases through CRM platforms like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
  • HR Documentation — Coordinate HR workflows and documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with other departments to streamline and improve HR operational processes.
  • Administrative Support — Assist the People Operations team with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Experience — Minimum 2 years in data administration and document management, plus at least 1 year in an HR-related role.
  • Education — Background in HR data management, HR administration, or related coursework is preferred.
  • Language Skills — Must have excellent verbal and written English skills. Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
