A leading construction company in Kuching is seeking a Sales Administration Executive. The role involves managing sales duties, preparing marketing tools, and liaising with property agencies. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and significant experience in property or legal sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Perform all sales duties, including prospecting, sales presentation, closing, follow-up sales administration, and after-sales service.
Understand and compile customer feedback and requirements, and promote properties to meet sales targets.
Prepare marketing tools.
Liaise with appointed property agencies on sales administrative functions, including pre- and post-sales activities.
Arrange, follow-up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions.
Obtain End Financing (EF) Line approval from financial institutions and open HDA accounts.
Ensure timely billing and collection based on loan status by communicating with purchasers, solicitors, and financiers regarding loan documentation and early loan releases.
Conduct status reviews of outstanding cases and ensure legal correspondence is appropriately written, recorded, and distributed on time.
Generate and prepare collection, payment reminders, and interest statements to purchasers and financiers within stipulated timeframes.
Process Vacant Possession (VP), key handover, documentation, and communication with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors.
Prepare monthly sales reports for each project, updating the status of sales, loans, and collections.
Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 5-10 years of experience in property, legal firms, or relevant industries.
Knowledge of Housing and Development Act, Strata Management Act, and other regulatory statutes is an advantage.
Willing to learn new scope of work, adapt in a dynamic environment, challenge and review oneself, take initiative, and work with various stakeholders and team members. Demonstrates self-integrity and prioritizes company interests. Strong interpersonal, leadership, creativity, and communication skills are essential.
Able to work on weekends during events or exhibitions.
