System Engineer for Cockpit Electronics (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

• Concept evaluation and development of hardware, software architecture within infotainment system
• Development of technical requirements for different control units from infotainment system
• Regular intensive coordination with all control units
• Investigations of technical documents (e.g. EMC, ESD & Test Reports) from suppliers
• Defect ticket management and analyze of traces of different control units
• Documentation of all technical changes during the development and feedback into the specifications
• Creation of development and implementation plan with suppliers

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully complete a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable degree
• Professional experience in automotive development and processes
• Good understanding of system architecture within an infotainment system or in particular control units
• Confident handling of common bus systems (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, APIX, GMSL)
• Experience in coordination of projects and supplier is an advantage
• Good knowledge of tools/methods in the field of system engineering and change management (e.g. PREEvision, JIRA, DOORS)
• Efficient and goal-oriented work style with high sense of responsibility and strong initiative
