Job description

Banking Business Analyst (WFM | Advanced Excel | LRT) P19

Analyze performance metrics (AHT, SLA, FCR, NPS) and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

Design, develop, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.

Support periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs for operations and senior management.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports.

Identify areas for operational improvement using data-driven insights.

Document and optimize existing processes through workflow mapping and analysis.

Support change management and training during rollouts of new processes or systems.

Work closely with operations, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver project goals.

Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for process and system changes.

Liaise between operations, IT, and business units to align project outcomes with business needs.

Provide analytical support and insights during management reviews and strategic planning.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Contact Centre, Banking, or BPO environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
