A leading company in the medical device sector is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will implement sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical support during surgeries. This role requires proactive market research and collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business effectiveness.
Operate as the Company’s sales representative within assigned territories to achieve revenue targets.
Implement the sales strategy set by Management, maintain strong customer relationships, and regularly report customer feedback to Management.
Perform routine checks to ensure the correct products are used for respective surgeries.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the Company’s CRM system of all sales activities, customer feedback, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct market research, provide feedback on market trends, and gather information on competitors, products, pricing, and sales and marketing strategies within assigned territories.
Complete weekly sales planning and reporting.
Manage consignment documentation and stock, and assist the logistics team in regularly checking and maintaining accurate stock levels at respective locations.
Coordinate exhibitions, conduct workshops, product training, and demonstrations for customers, including distributors, medical professionals, doctors, and nurses, as periodically assigned by Management.
Handle hospital or client documentation and accounts receivable within the assigned territory.
Perform urgent deliveries of medical devices or other products to hospitals, clinics, or patients when necessary.
Generate new customer leads through self-initiated and assigned sales opportunities regularly.
Identify and support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Attend courses and conferences as appropriate to prospect new clients.
Customer Success:
Follow up with surgeons for post-surgery feedback.
Collaborate with all departments to address any issues.
Proactively anticipate clients’ needs to enhance their business effectiveness with the company’s solutions.
Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and thorough knowledge of the company’s products and relevant surgical procedures.
Provide on-site technical support and expertise to surgeons, medical, and nursing staff before, during, and after surgeries.
