Job description

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and processing of records.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in handling daily operations and processing applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to procedures.

Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.

Requirements:

  • SPM holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak basic English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Must follow Malaysia's PH.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel are required.
  • Open to working overtime (OT) when required.
