The HR and Admin Assistant provides support in both administrative and human resources functions. This role assists with day-to-day operations including documentation, filing, employee support, and general office coordination.

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage office suppliers, documents, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office maintenance.
  • Manage factory insurance, company car road tax renewal.
  • Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
  • Perform other administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
HR Support Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment tasks (posting jobs, arranging interviews, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Prepare HR documents such as memos.
  • Help coordinate staff onboarding, training, and welfare activities.
  • Track staff attendance and leave applications.
