Job Description:

The role involves performing Record-to-Report (R2R) activities aligned with KPIs outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key responsibilities include:

• Operational activities such as maintaining fixed asset and general accounting master data, transactional processing
• Coordinating and ensuring timely, accurate account closures for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
• Preparing management reports at entity and group levels, including preliminary results, management reporting packs, reconciliations, and analyses
• Supporting budget control processes
• Executing consolidation tasks in the consolidation system, preparing statutory accounts, and ensuring compliance with Group Reporting requirements
• Maintaining system controls, master data, and validation processes
• Performing analytical reviews of intercompany analysis and financial statements
• Supporting audits and responding to audit queries
• Handling ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Updating financial and consolidation systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or professional certification in a related field
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP or RPA is an advantage
