About the role

Rolex Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation.
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proposing improvements.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
