Responsibilities:

• Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products, including trading cards and collectibles.
• Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
• Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and foster a sense of community.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
• Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
• Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
• Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Company accounts will be provided for streaming.
• Coaching will be provided by industry experts with proven success records.
• Must be comfortable in front of camera and NOT camera shy.
• Presentable image with outgoing, engaging, and charismatic traits.
• Being talkative is an advantage.
• Willing to work at our streaming studio in Southkey, Johor Bahru.
• Prior exposure to Trendy Toys (Blind Boxes) or Trading Card Games (TCG) such as Pokemon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, etc., is an advantage.
