Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all product, facilities, and services that are advertised and promoted are correct and up-to-date. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
  • Ensure that assets are in good condition and train team members to do the same.
  • Participate in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
  • Provide and organize training to improve the professional skills of your team.
  • Adhere to the store's budgeted expenditure.
  • Ensure that returning of goods is done according to the procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations management or related fields.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
