As a Senior Software Engineer, extensive experience in Development and Operations is highly advantageous. Strong proficiency in backend development (Java preferred), frontend (React), and PostgreSQL databases is essential. Basic knowledge of CI/CD deployment, middleware, and other application development areas is required.

You should be a technology enthusiast with a good understanding of how to operate, maintain, and support applications, ensuring end-to-end ownership and follow-through until resolution. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload under pressure is important. In a multinational environment, strong communication skills in spoken and written English are beneficial.
