Job Description

Duties:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the regional HR team.
  • Support the rollout of Corporate Human Capital Management (HCM) Initiatives: assist subsidiaries' HR teams with implementation, considering cultural and regulatory requirements, acting as the regional point of contact.
  • Implement global policies such as mobility and insurance within the region.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance soft skills and knowledge of regional employees.
  • Provide insights on regional people, organization, and culture to the Corporate CHRO team for effective HR collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in a multinational company environment.
  • Experience using global HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday; experience as a super user or administrator is a plus.
  • HR generalist experience as a site HR partner.
  • University Degree, with knowledge, experience, and ability to perform HR duties professionally.
