Qualifications

• Monitor backorder items and initiate remedial actions.

• Diploma holder or related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the same field.
• SPM certificate with a minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in the same field.
• Proficient in IT with good command of Microsoft Office programs.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking, positive attitude and aptitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure parts are issued on properly authorized documents and PIC documentation procedures are followed.
• Process discrepancies/damaged items for claims and ensure claims are received.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and verify listings.
• Investigate and adjust stock as necessary.
• Monitor backorder items exceeding normal delivery times and initiate remedial actions.
• Coordinate with service department on urgent service jobs' expected arrival.
• Follow up on non-computerized parts delivery to ensure invoicing by accounting.
• Review daily parts return reports and process returns within the required period.
• Decide on acceptance of parts returns based on quality and validity.
• Perform other duties related to parts inventory.
