Location: Remote-first (within Germany)

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll:
Lead and deliver mid- to large-scale IT projects in the financial services sector (banking/insurance)
Interface between technical and business stakeholders
Manage client communication, project planning, and execution
Apply both classic and agile project management methodologies
Support business analysis, conceptual design, and presentations
Optionally contribute to client acquisition and offer structuring
Serve as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the project lifecycle
6+ years of project management experience in consulting
Deep understanding of financial services processes and systems
Expertise in classic/agile PM, moderation, and business analysis
Track record managing large-scale IT projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills
A pragmatic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
University degree (interdisciplinary fields welcome)
Comfortable with travel when needed and remote collaboration
Familiar with structuring commercial offers
Existing network within the financial services sector
Driver’s license
