Responsibilities
- Planning and Organizing Activities:
- Design and organize team-building activities according to client needs, such as outdoor challenges, indoor activities, team cooperation games, etc.
- Provide creative activity ideas and plans to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.
- Activity Execution and Coordination:
- Manage and execute activities on-site, ensuring each segment runs as planned.
- Coordinate team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of activities.
- Provide guidance during activities to help team members collaborate, communicate, and solve problems.
- Client Communication and Service:
- Maintain good communication with clients, understand their needs, offer advice, and ensure client requirements are met.
- Address any queries or issues that arise during the activity to ensure client satisfaction.
- Activity Feedback and Summary:
- Collect and organize feedback from activities, conduct post-activity summaries and evaluations to improve quality.
Working Hours
- Depending on the activity schedule, work on weekends and public holidays may be required.
Salary
- To be discussed, depending on experience and capabilities.
Requirement
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English with strong communication skills.
- Experience facilitating one-on-one and group reflection sessions (e.g., debriefs or growth discussions).
- Proven experience in event planning and project management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and priorities effectively.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of diverse team-building techniques.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
