Job Description:

You will oversee the timely and cost-efficient development of machines, ensuring projects align with technical specifications and deadlines. Your role will involve formulating medium-term plans in line with corporate goals, exploring new technologies, and thinking strategically about product development. You will work closely with local and regional teams for strategic planning and coordinate operations and procurement throughout the project cycle. Additionally, you’ll train, develop, and supervise the R&D team, ensuring high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for in-time and cost-efficient development of machines according to technical specifications.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time; formulate and execute medium-term plans aligned with corporate direction.
3. Explore new technologies and stay updated on recent developments in the market; think creatively about marketing products.
4. Collaborate closely with local and regional teams in strategic planning.
5. Coordinate between operations and procurement throughout the project cycle.
6. Impart product knowledge, train, develop, motivate, and supervise the performance of the R&D team.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Strong background in manufacturing, semiconductor industry, or R&D.
• Profound technical education complemented with business management skills.
