Job description

Creating business development strategies for products and services. Presenting business proposals to target partners.

Overseeing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with stockists, retailers, and distributors, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns, and ensuring they meet sales targets.

Tracking and analyzing stockist performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Negotiating terms and conditions with stockists, including pricing, delivery schedules, and promotional activities.

Addressing any issues or problems that arise with stockists in a timely and effective manner. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.

Collaborating with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.

Ensuring stockists have adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Liaising with media such as newspapers and broadcasters on business and development topics.

Undertaking assignments as Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.

Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
