Job description

Manager, Regional Marketing, Northern RC
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in banking and operations.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Finance and accounting skills.
  • Experience in credit evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Islamic financing.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or equivalent.

Experience

At least 5 years of banking experience, including exposure to commercial/SME banking, credit processing, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform marketing and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
  2. Recommend suitable bank products that meet customers’ business needs.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, risk, and regulatory requirements in all financing activities.
  4. Manage customer relationships end-to-end, including:
    1. Account management and coordination of interventions.
    2. Planning and executing collection and post-disbursement activities.
    3. Preparing requests for changes to financing terms (pre and post disbursement).
  5. Implement and adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
