Lead and oversee the performance and development of the Private Team and GLC Team, ensuring alignment with company objectives, sales targets, and customer service standards.

Provide clear direction, regular coaching, and hands-on support to both teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with developers that support and benefit both the Private and GLC Teams.

Work closely with key stakeholders in the developer segment to position our brand as a preferred tile partner for all projects, from planning through to execution.

Provide support to the Private & GLC Team in addressing tile complaints, delivery issues, and collection matters.

Attend to customer enquiries and ensure timely and professional responses.

Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Be accountable for evaluating and approving customer claims related to product quality and delivery.

Ensure a solution-oriented and ethical approach when handling site-related complaints.

Continuously update product and technical knowledge.

Educate distributors, developers, and architects to minimize product-related complaints and enhance confidence in our offerings.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve market positioning.

Act as a Brand Ambassador by actively implementing the company’s promotional and publicity programs.

Uphold a professional and positive brand image in all engagements.

Maintain accurate and timely updates of the CRM system and sales pipelines.

Submit required reports as per management guidelines.

Undertake additional tasks and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or any related field.

Experience or knowledge in building materials, architecture, or project sales is an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions aligned with the company’s goals.

Able to communicate effectively across various functions and levels.

Good understanding of project process flows, construction cycles, and stakeholder dynamics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

Able to make decisions aligned with company strategy and SOP.

Willing to visit construction sites when necessary.
