About the Role:-

As an Associate within the HR Operations team, your role supports the core processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding. You will ensure smooth HR Operations, maintenance of accurate records, and provide timely coordination and support to employees while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The team is undergoing a digital transformation, and some of your responsibilities will include:

HR Systems & Testing
  • Participate in end-to-end testing of HR systems (including BIPO and other platforms).
  • Collaborate with HRIS or IT teams on system configurations, upgrades, and UAT testing.
  • Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies in workflows or data integrations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system processes and testing outcomes.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including access provisioning, document collection, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Manage offboarding tasks such as exit checklists, access revocation, and handover coordination.
  • Work with IT, Payroll, and relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions.
General HR Operations
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, or systems.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support HR administration and payroll operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems.
  • Familiarity with Workday/BIPO or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating and analyzing reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and HR tech platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • This is a 1-year Contract Role.
