What You’ll Do

As a Conveyancing Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Crafting Legal Documents: Prepare and manage essential paperwork, such as Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation, for secondary property transactions with precision and care.
  2. Building Relationships: Engage with clients, bankers, and government agencies through clear communication, whether via correspondence or in-person meetings.
  3. Driving Efficiency: Work independently to maintain accurate records, produce status reports, and handle additional tasks assigned by the firm.
  4. Problem-Solving: Swiftly identify and resolve issues during transactions to keep processes running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive individual who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Education: At least an SPM qualification or higher.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in conveyancing or a related legal field.
  • Independence: The ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards.
  • Interpersonal Flair: Strong communication skills paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and general PC knowledge.
