About the role

Skyline Kuala Lumpur is an integral part of the vibrant 105-acre Gamuda Gardens development. This site features four interlinked Luge tracks and an immersive tunnel system, and will soon be home to the world’s first 380-metre dual Zipline.

Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a rare opportunity to be part of the growth of a major international operation as General Manager – Kuala Lumpur.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering strategic and commercial outcomes aligned with the group’s operating model.
  • Implementing robust business and marketing plans tailored to the local market.
  • Leading large operational teams with a strong focus on guest experience, safety, and fun.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders across internal, government, and community sectors.
  • Embedding a proactive culture of safety, risk minimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Championing the Skyline values while embracing and respecting the local culture.

You will have / be:

  • 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role in tourism, attractions, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven experience and a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to respond quickly to changing market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (additional Malaysian languages a plus).
