Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operation Manager-Power in fulfilling the company's commitments and ensuring the delivery of service levels to customers.
- Perform maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, power quality analysis, and retrofitting of AC power systems.
- Assist in evaluating costs for 'time & material' repair quotations.
- Provide technical support and assistance in cost evaluations for repair quotations.
- Maintain a professional, customer-oriented approach that reflects Vertiv's commitment to world-class quality.
- Participate in training, supervise, motivate, and develop Customer Engineers to improve performance.
- Stay updated on the latest company products and services.
- Continuously develop professional skills through self-analysis, reading, benchmarking, and practice.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a university or college degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the service field with at least a diploma level qualification.
- Computer literacy.
