Job Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Develop and manage the achievement of monthly production plan.
2. Analyze production achievement data and adjust the plan in time.
3. Analyze production line anomalies and drive capacity improvements.
4. Develop monthly shipment plan according to the sales plan, manage the achievement of monthly shipment plan.
5. Ensure on-time shipment and control inventory levels.
6. Sourcing Accuracy and Shipping Guarantee
7. Promptly isolate batteries culled from sources.
8. Control abnormalities of the product from Formation progress in a timely manner.
9. Supervise inventory segregation handling.
10. System Receiving and Order Making Process
11. Clarify the time nodes of individual operations and operators.
12. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training.
13. Knowledge of production forecasting, capacity planning, and production cost control.
14. Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and writing (Need to report to Management in Chinese HQ).

Professional experience

1. Min [1-2] years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
2. Solid understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain management in manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, MES, and WMS.
