Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily accounting and finance tasks, including banking, payments, AR reconciliation, and tax estimation (CP204).
2. Prepare full set of accounts, financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and cash flow reports.
3. Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents on financial matters.
4. Draft audit reports and prepare periodic tax computations.
5. Assist in annual/semi-annual budgeting.
6. Maintain proper filing and documentation.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2. 4-5 years’ experience (preferably in property development).
3. Proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and analytical.
4. Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
