Join VividEra as anE-commerce & Social Media Operation (Live Operations). No prior experience needed — we’ll provide full training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate livestreams using OBS software
• Assist with setting up product displays and livestream scenes
• Coordinate with the host during live sessions
• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot basic tech issues
• Help manage Shopee listings and run online promotions
• Plan and schedule content for social media (e.g. TikTok, Instagram)
• Support customer service and day-to-day e-commerce operations

Requirements:

• SPM leavers or fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Interest in livestreaming, e-commerce, or digital content creation
• Willingness to learn new tools (e.g. OBS, Shopee Seller Centre, Canva)
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player
• Tech-savvy or basic content editing skills are a plus
