We are seeking a Manager, IT Enterprise Architect to lead our IT transformation, ensuring our IT landscape aligns with business objectives and supports our strategic goals. This role involves managing, designing, and maintaining our enterprise architecture, particularly focusing on back-office solutions, and leading transformative projects as part of the IT management team. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to understand their strategies, pain points, and needs.
• Create technology roadmaps for IT architecture, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
• Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of back-end solutions to meet business needs.
• Coordinate stakeholders to design integrated architectures supporting seamless processes.
• Manage team tasks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance and act as IT project manager for related initiatives.
• Handle deviations and exceptions in architecture design.
• Identify opportunities for architectural improvements to enhance performance.
• Forecast and manage budgets for IT investments.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for solution delivery and support.
• Ensure delivery and maintenance of IT artifacts.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Provide timely and transparent updates on projects and initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, focusing on enterprise architecture and ERP solutions.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Hands-on experience with ERP solutions, SAP preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and business needs.
• Proficiency in English.
