Job description

As a Sales Manager at Geno Hotel, you will:

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Generate and convert leads into long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and fulfillment of client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hotel, specifically in a sales-related role.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
