  4. Developing and evangelizing design systems to promote consistency and efficiency.
  5. Addressing systems-level problems with interconnected constraints.
  6. Leading end-to-end design processes for various challenges.
  7. Driving Canonical design forward horizontally through a dedicated working group.
What we are looking for in you
  1. An exceptional academic record from high school and university.
  2. Bachelor's or equivalent in User Experience, Design, STEM, or a compelling alternative narrative.
  3. Passion and knowledge of user experience, technology, and design.
  4. A commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, flexibility, and a scientific mindset.
  5. Result-oriented with a drive to complete work and celebrate successes.
  6. Confidence in user research practices.
  7. Engagement with the latest in design research and innovation.
  8. Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.

UX designers should be excellent communicators, comfortable working with engineers, designers, and executives. They must present their design positions clearly and be confident in tackling complex design challenges, aligning their leadership with the company's strategic vision.
