We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the design team, overseeing performance, delivery, quality, and completeness. This role involves delivering outstanding UX experiences and generating ideas for team-wide improvements. Our design team aims to turn complex, open-source software into efficient, intuitive products that transform enterprise IT and open source capabilities. We seek an exceptional user experience designer who shares our passion.
This position reports to a UX design manager and is based remotely in the EMEA region.
UX designers should be excellent communicators, comfortable working with engineers, designers, and executives. They must present their design positions clearly and be confident in tackling complex design challenges, aligning their leadership with the company's strategic vision.
