Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service and Sales Engineer located in Johor Bahru. The Service and Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and sales engineering services, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include building local network of customers, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting site visits, providing product demonstrations, and working collaboratively with the sales and service team to meet sales targets.
Computer literate and local industry knowledge is a must.
