Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement, planning of raw and packaging materials, managing customer orders, and supporting business growth through product and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Procurement & Material Planning:

-Plan and forecast raw and packaging material requirements based on production schedules and inventory status.

-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, lead time, and quality.

-Raise and track purchase orders; coordinate timely deliveries and manage stock replenishment.

-Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

-Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality, regulatory, and packaging specifications.

-Maintain supplier records, pricing history, and documentation for traceability and audit readiness.

???? Order Management & Customer Coordination:

-Process and manage customer orders from quotation to delivery.

-Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA, Warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

-Communicate proactively with customers on order status, lead times, and availability.

-Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, complaints, and returns.

???? Market & Product Analysis:

-Monitor raw and packaging material price trends and update management regularly.

-Provide analysis to support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and product development.

-Track slow-moving and high-demand SKUs and assist in recommending stock or product adjustments.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in procurement, material planning, or supply chain analysis.

Familiar with raw and packaging materials used in manufacturing (e.g., bottles, boxes, labels, chemicals).

Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis knowledge; ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to multitask, work under pressure, and coordinate across multiple teams.
