Our Sales Team is at the heart of CUSTA's growth. We're searching for dynamic individuals eager to explore exponential business opportunities and ensure CUSTA becomes Southasia's No.1 Mass customization e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for expanding CUSTA's customer and fan base to achieve rapid business growth.

By carrying out the following missions with high responsibility and proactivity, you will provide a better purchasing experience for CUSTA's prospective and existing customers while achieving individual and team monthly/quarterly goals.
Responding to Inbound Leads: Promptly address inquiries from potential customers, providing requested information, support, and quotations.
Follow-up on Existing Deals & Leads: Efficiently manage follow-ups on ongoing deals and proactively reach out to existing leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to achieve a high repeat purchase rate.
Sales Planning & Continuous Improvement: Develop sales activity plans daily, weekly, and monthly, continuously updating strategies based on results to improve performance.
Order & Delivery Management: Take responsibility for additional tasks related to order processing and delivery management (most processes are systemized and automated).
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and System Development teams to ensure smooth sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Additional Sales Activities: Contribute to sales opportunities by participating in events, conferences, and exhibitions that help generate new business.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, or a business/sales-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field/inside sales or sales-related roles.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets through high activity levels.
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Stellar communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
A self-starter who's adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Able to work on-site at the office.
Employment Type: Full Time (Probationary Period: 3 + 3 Months)
Work Style: Onsite - 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
