Manage the creation and amendment of e-payment accounts.
Marketing code creation & binding to TokioNet.
Manage all administrative tasks related to agency benefits, i.e., name card requests, signboards, etc.
Upload circulars to TokioNet & e-Cover system.
Scanning of agency documentation.
Attend to queries, feedback, and issues from internal customers.
System Administrator for the Agency Portal, responsible for setting up announcements, bulletins, forms, e-cards, and user guides.
Perform UAT on system enhancements as required.
Handle department ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/AMII.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
Effective written communication, business presentation, and interpersonal skills across various seniority levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
