We are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed!

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and develop Process & Process Design Engineers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
  2. Lead plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to improve throughput and efficiency
  3. Drive feasibility studies, process design, and project development for plant improvements and hazard elimination
  4. Champion key refinery result areas such as energy efficiency, oil loss reduction, structural improvements, and technology planning
  5. Coordinate capital budgeting, project appropriation, and reappraisal processes
  6. Ensure safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering design, while assessing risks, design gaps, and safety-critical elements
  7. Support business planning activities including 5-Year Planning and Refinery Strategic Initiatives
  8. Provide leadership during turnarounds, startups, shutdowns, and catalyst regeneration
  9. Mentor and coach engineers, including performance appraisals and career development planning
  10. Represent the section in technical committees and ensure alignment with refinery safety and management policies
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is a minimum requirement
  2. Preferably 3-4 years of experience in petroleum refinery plant
  3. Demonstrates initiative, strong interpersonal skills, industriousness, and effective communication proficiency
  4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
