Job description

We are looking for behalf of our client, a proactive and resourceful Administrative Manager to oversee and support the company daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is helpful, independent, and adaptable, with strong administrative capabilities. The successful candidate will provide local leadership to ensure our clients smooth entry into and growth in Malaysia and will further ensure that administrative procedures run smoothly while supporting the operational team and reporting directly to our Australia-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support and supervise all staff, including hiring, training, and participating in performance reviews of operational staff
  • Implement and maintain effective administrative systems, processes, and policies
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and liaise with external vendors
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation (digital and physical)
  • Prepare and submit reports and support financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed
