Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. The responsibilities include:

  1. Managing new outlet setups, including updating address, GPS coordinates, and BKID (to bkmoffice).
  2. Submitting site packs into the Lucernex system and requesting BKID from BKAP.
  3. Drafting, finalizing, and handling legal documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI), Letters of Offer (LOO), and Tenancy Agreements (TA).
  4. Requesting CTC documents, handling stamping processes with LHDN, and preparing memos for various fees.
  5. Managing Unit License Addendums (ULA), refund requests for deposits, and renewal processes for outlets and hostels.
  6. Monitoring tenancy expiry, issuing renewal or termination notices, and negotiating renewal rates.
  7. Handling closure or termination of outlets and hostels, including notices and deposit refunds.
  8. Coordinating site visits, drafting tenancy agreements, and managing deposits payments.
  9. Updating rental information monthly, requesting invoices, and renewing bank guarantees.
  10. Managing hoarding visuals, including measurements, submissions, and approvals.
  11. Updating address details of new outlets and liaising with landlords and marketing teams.
  12. Assisting in maintenance issues and submitting monthly reports to the BD team.
  13. Submitting detailed outlet information and tenancy status reports regularly.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  3. Knowledge of property industry rules and guidelines.
  4. Good teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
  6. Own transport is required.
