Job description

The role is to support branch sales through effective administrative and organizational assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the branch. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing sales and financial reports, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves assisting in the implementation of new products and promotional activities as needed.

Accounts/Credit Control
  • Request and issue Credit Notes for customers in cases of termination of service, default payments, hardware, and programming issues.
  • Issue hardware billing invoices and service fees for additional lines, share lines, and sales/purchases, including steps to raise billing invoices in SAP and manage bank-in transactions and reports.
  • Manage monthly reports such as active units, sales, billing comparison, and aging reports.
  • Send monthly invoices and statements to customers within 3 working days.
  • Handle daily cash or cheque bank-ins, scan, and email bank-in slips to HQ Accounts and Credit Control.
  • Follow up on bad debts with reminders, Letters of Demand, and CTOS submissions if necessary.
  • Issue payment requisitions for branch bills and expenses, and coordinate with HQ for payments.
  • Compile sales commission claims and send relevant documents to HR and HQ Accounts.
Sales Administration/Customer Service
  • Manage new and additional programming requests, including worksheet creation, service reports, and contract management in SAP.
  • Handle service terminations and default payments via TRBOWEB and SAP.
  • Manage hardware and accessories sales, stock updates, and documentation.
Others
  • Maintain branch cleanliness and organization, arrange repairs, and entertain walk-in customers.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and procedures.
  • Act as the point-of-contact with HQ regarding branch matters.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic administrative knowledge; some accounting knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in indoor sales is beneficial.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
