MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION ("HRA")

Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the entire HRA Department ensuring smooth operations and controls.
- Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with broader business objectives set by the CEO, CBO, or senior management representatives.
- Monitor human resource strategies, systems, and procedures across the company to drive high performance.
- Maintain competitive compensation and benefits as part of talent management, including recruitment, retention, and workforce sizing.
- Ensure compliance with regulations in areas such as payroll administration, licensing, occupational safety, vehicle maintenance, and sustainability reporting.
- Act as Liaison Officer on employee discipline, employment law, and industrial relations matters.
- Assess and monitor training programs to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals and interests.
- Manage budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of HRA activities.
- Develop and support the HRA team to deliver effective services.
- Manage employee relations and engagement activities throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience handling full spectrum of HRA functions.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and relevant statutory laws.
- Experience leading HRA departments through strategic and transactional changes.
- Ability to develop, modify, and communicate HR policies effectively.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and confidentiality skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Malaysian citizen.
