We are looking for a temporary (6-12 months) student assistant - Facility Management (m/f/d) Business Development & Transition for our expanding Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division, remote (anywhere in Germany).

What You Can Do With Us
  • Support the implementation of transition projects in facility management (e.g., service provider changes, commissioning new properties)
  • Participate in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of FM processes
  • Create handover protocols, presentations, checklists, and reports
  • Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external partners
  • Maintain and organize data in CAFM systems or project management tools
  • Contribute to special projects related to sustainability, energy efficiency, or digitalization in facility management
Which Strengths You Bring
  • Enrolled student in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • Interest in commercial real estate management and project work
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CAFM tools is a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
