Job Role/Position: Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:

1. Manage strategic projects and business development for JP accounts, working directly with the CEO.
2. Oversee the development of global accounts, including Japanese corporate affairs, strategic planning, and business initiatives.
3. Participate in leadership development and enhance authentic business Japanese communication skills through direct coaching by the CEO.
4. Engage in professional and personal growth programs, including speed coaching and mentoring, to prepare for managerial and leadership roles within the organization.
