We're an ambitious startup revolutionising how spaces are designed, managed, and experienced — from intelligent offices and residences to multi-use developments. We're seeking a highly organised and self-driven individual to support our C-suite officer(s), run day-to-day operations, and assist with strategic business development across Southeast Asia.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone eager to work at the intersection of real estate, tech, and innovation — and who doesn’t mind juggling calendars one moment and market research the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both professional and personal schedules, meetings, and travel
- Coordinate investor calls, site visits, and internal leadership check-ins
- Handle personal logistics (e.g., events, household appointments, travel bookings)
- Draft emails, meeting notes, and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters
- Assist in business development and market expansion efforts, including identifying partners, landlords, or projects across SEA markets
- Research commercial property trends, regional space demand, and competitor offerings
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and regional overview documents
- Support the Officer on outreach, pipeline tracking, and relationship management
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in executive support, office/admin ops, or BD coordination
- Familiarity with property, hospitality services, or operations-heavy sectors is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable switching between tasks
- Competent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana) is a plus
- Integrity, discretion, and good business etiquette when representing leadership
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with partner development in real estate, hospitality, and/or tech
- Understanding of commercial leasing, facilities, or tenant management systems
- Multilingual skills, especially in SEA languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a startup environment
