We are looking for talent who thrive on working with exciting regional/global brands and are comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The role involves providing professional support to executives, managers, and directors within the organization.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in running the internal operations of client accounts daily.
- Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming, meetings, and client consultations.
- Content Production: Assist in creating press releases, speeches, social media posts, and briefing documents.
- Support Business Pitches: Contribute through research, slide development on Canva, and media/social insights.
- Client Advisory: Provide counsel on messaging strategies and PR issue mitigation.
- Industry Monitoring: Track, analyze, and summarize industry and client news developments.
- Administrative Skills: Handle scheduling, office timetable adjustments, and database maintenance.
- Travel Requirement: Be prepared to travel for client meetings and events.
The candidate should be capable of managing multiple clients, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about traditional, social, and new media technologies.
Job Requirements
- Passion for public relations, advertising, marketing, media, or publishing. A degree in related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to projects like media lists, press releases, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations across paid, earned, social, and owned media.
- Ability to multitask, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines and budgets.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills, confident articulation of ideas.
- Proven ability to prioritize and support senior team members.
- Collaborative team player with good relationship-building skills.
